If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at (315) 521-3794 at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or no-shows, will result in full appointment charges.

Late Arrivals
Your scheduled time is reserved specifically for you. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. You will be responsible for the full session.
